RENTAL INFORMATION:
-Weekly units (Saturday–Saturday) are required from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Flexibility in August.
- Extended winter escapes are available. Please inquire about special options for 30-60 day off-season rental.
-Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
-Gatherings of more than 15 guests require prior approval and a $500 event fee.
-Up to two well-behaved, home-trained dogs are welcome with a $400 per-pet fee.
-This is a non-smoking property.
