The Space:

Thoughtfully designed and delightfully furnished, this coastal getaway has all the amenities and extras you need for a flawless beach hideaway. On the main floor you will find a bright and airy living space with a cozy fireplace and flat-screen TV, ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun. The adjacent kitchen is entirely outfitted for all your cooking needs, and the dining area offers plenty of room for shared meals and family time! On the mid-level, you’ll find two King Primary bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms, as well as a Queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom, along with a laundry area for added convenience. Downstairs, the ground level is all about fun, featuring a game room with arcade machines, a handy kitchenette, an additional king master suite, and a bunk room with two sets of full-size bunk beds, great for kids or groups.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

The home is supplied with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
