You'll find a great room which includes the living area (with wet bar), dining area, and gourmet kitchen. Slip onto the cavernous sun decks to catch some restoring rays to tuck away on the screened porch and refresh with ocean breezes, each with broad vistas of the ocean. There is also a powder room on this level.

The entry level features all of the bedrooms: ThreeKing suites and two Twin bedrooms that share a bath. Each of the suites have covered deck access. This level also includes access to the decks, and the private walkway to the beach, as well as the laundry closet.
