Located just steps away from all of the Pirate's Cove community amenities, the home features an open floor-plan, gorgeous vistas of the marsh & sound, 55' of dock space for your boat, elevator, billiards table and much more! Step inside HV21 and find 5 bedrooms with 2 additional living spaces, one holding a sleeper couch. Head out back and savor your private fenced-in yard, ideal for your furry friend!

Upstairs you'll find a cavernous living area and full kitchen that features bar seating and is ready to take on your Outer Banks vacation crew! Furnished top-floor deck has a propane grille, dining table, and bench swing to take advantage of the sunset vistas over the marsh & sound. Master bedroom with a King is also located on the top-floor with soaking tub and walk-in shower. The middle-level has an additional Master with Queen bed and en-suite holding a stand-up shower and soaking tub. There are two more bedrooms, along with a additional space #1 with privacy doors and sleeper couch, which share a hall bathroom. Middle-level deck is furnished as well with chaise lounges and bench swing. Ground floor holds the 5th bedroom with private bathroom and Queen bed. There is also the 2nd additional space on the ground floor. The home is pet-friendly and non-smoking with a Sunday turn-day. The home comes with deck gates for kids, fenced backyard, enclosed garage, and huge dock space behind home. Parking for 6 cars. Trailer must be in the garage or stored off-site for an additional fee.
