Sea Dream is a water lover's heaven! Located on a private lagoon that leads directly to the sound, offering kayakers, windsurfers, paddle boarders, and fishermen an magnificant home base location! The first living level features a conveniently located laundry area and access to the sound-facing deck with direct access to the backyard.

At the top of the stairs on the second level, you will find a bright, airy great room with high ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and superb vistas of the lagoon and sound. The well-equipped kitchen is conveniently located close to the dining area. The screened porch and sundeck are ideal places to end your day as you relax and watch the sunset. Outside amenities include an outdoor shower, charcoal grille a carport, a grassy yard, and a walkway to a modest boat dock newly rebuilt for the 2023 season.

One of the bedrooms has a pyramid bunk bed, ideal for the kids. The primary bedroom has a full private bathroom with a jetted tub, a TV, and deck access!
