Brand New Vacation Villa - Where convenience meets privacy in the heart of Corolla, NC. Just a short walk to the beach, the sound, eateries, entertainment and so much more! Unwind and appreciate resort style amenities while experiencing the solace of a private home.

Our villa is inspired by grandparents with roots going back to Sealevel, NC (Carteret County). On your visit we hope you will find in Corolla the beauty and marvel for North Carolina's coast that they passed along.

The first level offers a roomy floor plan with access to a private patio offering an outdoor shower and grille.

The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with prepare and dinnerware, Keurig and drip coffee makers, as well as a wine refrigerator. The 8-foot island provides ample seating for gathering to share a meal or play a game. The kitchen opens up to a more formal dining area and living room containing a huge pull-out queen sleeper couch for additional sleeping options. Also, a half bath is on the first level.

Upstairs you will find a Master suite, including a private outdoor balcony to savor a late-nighttime drink under the stars, or a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise. The attached private bath features a sizable walk-in shower, a huge vanity, and toilet.

The second and third bedrooms offer king and queen beds with adjoining jack-n-jill style bathroom featuring a tub with shower, enormous vanity, and toilet.

Conveniently located on the second floor, is a laundry room for your use during your stay. There's also a pack-n-play for infants.

To make your check-in simple, we provide a starter kit of supplies to get your stay started. All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are included as well.

The community features a giant pool with numerous cabanas available for rent during your stay. A brand-new clubhouse with gym, pickleball court, and Mexican style taco shack are all coming this 2024 season!

The pool is heated May-Nov and cabanas are available when the pool is open.

Located on the waterfront, this condo is in Corolla Light, a neighborhood in Corolla. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Corolla Beach. Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars are also worth visiting.
