Kitchen is completely supplied with plenty of serving ware, kitchen essentials, and a Keurig coffee machine outfitted with pods, sugar, and creamer. Guests are welcomed with a thoughtful basket of snacks and a guidebook filled with recommendations for things to do and places to visit in the area.

• Bedrooms: Seven well-appointed bedrooms, each offering a relaxing, private space to relax. The home comfortably sleeps 16 guests with 6 extravagant king beds and 4 comfortable twin bunk beds, ideal for sizable families or groups. Each bedroom has an attached private bathroom for added convenience and privacy.

☆ Family-Friendly: As parents of young kids, we understand the challenges of traveling with little ones. That's why we've made our home as family-friendly as possible. We provide a Pack 'n Play with crib sheets, and there’s ample space in any bedroom for set up, if you prefer us to set the Pack n’ Play for you please let us know when booking. We’ve also supplied kid-friendly cups, bowls, plates, and silverware, along with books, games, and puzzles for fun family time together!



☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $200 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog



☆ Stand Up Paddle Board Rental: This is available to guests for an additional fee of $200 (Plus Tax) per stay. Once paid we will send you an access code and instructional video showing you how to unlock and return the SUP.



☆ Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of electricity heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it, please note we need at least 5 days to heat the pool and must be booked and paid for, for the duration of your stay. Our pool is closed and covered seasonally from November to April.



☆ No Adhesives on Walls – Do not use tape, hooks, stickers, or any other materials to attach decorations or items to the walls, as this may cause damage.



☆ No Glitter Accepted – Glitter is extremely difficult to clean and can cause lasting damage to furnishings and surfaces. Thank you for respecting our home and helping us provide a clean, welcoming space for every guest.



☆ Pests: Corolla is home to midges, tiny bugs that are common in the area during certain seasons. While they are harmless and don’t bite, we recommend keeping doors closed as much as possible to minimize their presence indoors. We also treat the area regularly to manage their numbers, but be aware they can still affect outdoor spaces. Bug spray but it is a great idea for appreciating the deck and pool areas. Snakes are also common in Corolla at times from the Marsh. If you notice one on property, please contact us and we'll have animal control come remove them.
