The first level features a enormous game room where you can challenge your family & friends to a game of pool, foosball or poker, while others can watch their favorite movies on the 65" intelligent TV. Snacks are painless to make at the wrap around bar with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and ice machine. There's also a close by cabana half bath on this level with convenient access from the pool deck. A multi-level elevator provides simple access from the lower level to upper levels of this well-equipped bungalow.

Upstairs on the second level, savor a family movie nighttime in the theater room with the sizable projection screen, stadium seating and surround sound. Nearby, you'll find three inviting king master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and intelligent TV. Each bedroom has direct access to the deck and handsome vistas on the south facing deck.
