A king en suite bedroom has access to the sundeck and features a spacious bespoke private bathroom with dual vanity sinks, separate shower stall and hottub. A half bathroom is also on this level.

The second level includes a den overlooking the pool and four master suites with access to the deck and covered porches. One room has a set of twin beds (this will be a king size bed in March 2026) and a handicapped accessible shower. The next room has two sets of bunk beds (bottom bunk has full-size bed plus a twin size trundle bed that rolls out). Conveniently adjoining this room is a bathroom with a bathtub giving ease to getting the younger kids ready for bed. The outdoor space is its own resort with a private heated concrete pool with a waterfall, hot tub, tiki bar and fire pit. You’ll also be able to putt on thenew putting green! Conveniently accessible from all the decks on the rear of the home, you will adore the private, in ground pool and hot tub for a really calming experience.
