Buongiorno! ACQUA Di VITA is a freshly constructed (January 2024) 2 beach villa in the luxury resort style community of The Beach Club at Whalehead. Our appealing oceanside villa offers calming fresh amenities, luxury decor and posh comfort.

ACQUA DI VITA is located in the brand-new community, The Beach Club at Whalehead. Our newly constructed oceanside villa is right in the heart of Corolla and conveniently located across the street from the iconic Currituck Lighthouse.

Our oceanside community offers many amenities, including:

-Community heated pool and poolside lounge deck (open May–October; one pool towel per guest is supplied during your stay)

-Exercise center

-Pickleball court

-Taco restaurant and bar, The Salty Rim

-Poolside cabanas available to rent, featuring a teak lounge couch and/or chairs, teak side table, private TV, curtains, a misting fan, and mini outdoor refrigerator

-Fire pits

-Two EV charging stations within the community (250-amp plugs). Note: Guests must supply their own portable EV charging cable.

ACQUA DI VITA, which translates to Water of Life, is colorful, vibrant, and charmingly inspired with coastal touches. Our villa is a two-bedroom home with two full bathrooms. Both bedrooms feature king-size beds, and bath and bed linens are included, along with shampoo, body wash, and hand soap. Each bedroom has a TV, dresser, nightstands, and roomy closet.

The living room couch converts to a sleeper for two, accepting the home to sleep six comfortably. We also offer an outdoor shower, a calming outdoor space, and a gas BBQ.

The kitchen is completely equipped with just about everything you need, including additional amenities such as a crockpot, air fryer, Keurig, regular coffee maker, Italian espresso pot, lobster pot, dinnerware, and more.

A complimentary starter kit is supplied for your first nighttime and includes:

-One roll of paper towels

-One roll of toilet paper per bathroom (2 rolls total)

-One kitchen sponge

-One dishwasher pod

-Two kitchen garbage bags

-A few Keurig coffee pods

-A few sugar packets and single-serve coffee creamers

-One laundry detergent pod

The kitchen island offers seating for six and includes a wine refrigerator. The washer and dryer are located in the hallway closet. The living room features a TV, and the home includes Wi-Fi throughout.

We also have an attached outdoor walk-in closet to store your beach chairs, coolers, body boards, and more. Our villa includes four beach chairs, a beach cart, beach toys, a UPF 50+ beach umbrella, and two body boards for your enjoyment during your stay.

There is one designated parking spot at our home, with additional guest/visitor parking available throughout the community.

We are within walking distance to eateries, specifically Corolla Light Town Center, and very close to the 4x4 beach where you can catch a glimpse of the wild horses (just five mins. north of us). The pier for calming sunsets can be found across the street at the Historic Whalehead Club alongside the Currituck Beach Lighthouse.

Acqua Di Vita is also ideally located between Duck and Carova, so you get striking stores and eateries close by along with the natural beauty the Outer Banks is known for.

Fishing, surfing, and swimming are just steps away. Corolla has one entirely ADA-accessible beach access with a ramp for beach wheelchairs, located across from the Currituck Beach Lighthouse on Corolla Village Road — the same beach access our guests use. A lifeguard is on duty at the beach.

Corolla Surf Shop hosts surfing lessons at our beach, as it’s a great spot to catch the waves. We are that close to Historic Corolla Village, where you can bicycle, walk, and walk. It really is a handsome and peaceful place.

Grocery stores such as Harris Teeter and Food Lion are just five to ten mins. south of us. Lighthouse Bagels and Oceanside Farm Market are also a short drive away (5–10 mins.). You’ll find fresh local seafood, produce, and homemade baked goods at the market.
