The Space:

Welcome to Miles Away! This inviting condo features a Primary Queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom for your comfort. The second bedroom includes a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom, ideal for families or groups. An additional full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.



The roomy kitchen flows seamlessly into the open-layout living room, where you can soak in the striking vistas. The living room also includes a full-size couch bed, accommodating up to two more guests. Step out onto your private oceanside or soundside decks to savor your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful water vistas in every direction.



Beyond the condo's amenities, the Sea Colony community enhances your stay with an oceanfront pool and simple beach access. Guests can also appreciate the basketball and tennis courts, as well as community grilles for outdoor dining. Located not only beachfront but also within a short walking distance to downtown Duck, you'll have painless access to shopping and eateries, making this the ideal coastal getaway.

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be included prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



Community pool is in the courtyard in front of the ocean and is open 9am to dusk.



Linens and towels are supplied at no additional charge.



The Neighborhood:

The town of Duck is a trendy Outer Banks destination for its wide, uncrowded beaches and soundfront boardwalk! Nature trails, stores, and eateries make for a pleasant and friendly town, ideal for a calming OBX vacation. From this apartment, you can walk to the boardwalk and enjoy the catch of the day at The Blue Point while listening to live music in the evening, head to Candy and Corks for a treat, or stop in at any of the many eateries and stores to grab a souvenir.

The home is outfitted with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.
