The dining area is inviting, bathed in natural light, and the living room offers a comfortable spot to relax and hangout. There is one King bedroom on the top floor with an en suite bathroom. There is a front porch with cozy seating in front of the home, a gorgeous spot to appreciate the sea breeze.



Downstairs, the home continues to offer cozy comfort with two queen bedrooms and a bunk room, ideal for kids or additional guests. The laundry area adds practicality, and another full bathroom is available for simple access. Outdoors, you'll find an outdoor shower ideal for rinsing off after the beach, a calming porch swing tucked under the home for lazy afternoons, and a picnic table for casual outdoor meals. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

The home is outfitted with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
