All on one level, the home sits across from the shared pool (shared only between the four units) and has access to the cavernous docks - ideal for fishing, mooring a boat and launching kayaks.

The roomy living area features cathedral ceilings, a comfortable wood-burning fireplace, and an open layout that flows into a modern, completely equipped kitchen. There’s a wet bar for painless entertaining and a enormous island with seating for ten, ideal for family meals or casual hangouts.

There are four bedrooms total, two on each side of the central living space, each pair sharing a full Jack and Jill style bathroom. A half bath is also located off the main living area. Every bedroom has its own sliding glass door that opens onto one of two sizable, covered porches, one facing east and the other west - so you can appreciate both sunrise and sunset. Stairs from the ground lead up to both porches, making access simple from ground level.
