There is also a brand new hot tub, refrigerator, washer/dryer, and intelligent TVs for your enjoyment.

Ground Level: Enter into the rec room which provides a foosball table, 42â€ HDTV with DVD, and a bistro table and chairs. You'll also find a queen room with 26â€ flatscreen TV/DVD, a full bathroom, and access to the private courtyard with hot tub.

Mid Level: Here you will find a enchanting king main bedroom with a 32â€ flatscreen TV/DVD and deck access. There is another bedroom with a DuoBunk and a 26â€ flatscreen TV/DVD that shares a full bath with a king bedroom with a 26â€ flatscreen TV/DVD. The laundry room is also located on this level.

Top Level: The top level of this home is dedicated to living space - you will find a handsomely decorated great room with an electric fireplace, a 46â€ HDTV with a Blu-Ray player, surround sound, a sleep couch, and deck access.
