Back home, you're just steps away from the beach for simple swimming, sunbathing, and calming on the sandy shore. Community sound access is ideal for launching windsurfing and kite-boarding gear or exploring the calm, shallow waters in a kayak. Community tennis courts are also within walking distance.

Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility, located at the Avon office address: 41156 Hwy 12, Avon, NC 27915. The pool is generally open from May 24 to September 8, from 10 AM to 6 PM. Please note that the operation of community pools is subject to the discretion of the state inspector, management, and/or the HOA. As a result, the availability schedule may change without prior notice.
