A new living space with loveseats, chairs, and tables has been created on the patio below the deck to avoid the summer heat while appreciating the breezes. If it's an inside day, a bookcase along with a bin in one of the first floor bedrooms has books, puzzles, and games.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

The fireplace is not available for guest use.
