Along with a bookcase of books, puzzles and games, additional games are in a bin in one of the ground level bedroom closets.

Mid Level: Cavernous great room with flat-screen TV and deck access, dining room seating for ten, and a kitchen with counter seating for three. The deck includes lounge chairs and an umbrella-shaded dining table. This level also includes a half bath and laundry area with washer and dryer. The Queen Master Bedroom features a flat-screen TV, deck access and a private bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.

Top Level: The sizable King Master Bedroom contains a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

The fireplace is not available for guest use.
