You'll appreciate the salt sea air and the handsome vistas from our Two Ocean View Porches, and the short half-block to either the Ocean or Carolina Lake from our gracious home. Two beach access points within a one-min. walk makes you intimate with the Beach. Pick up your daily fresh foods at Veggie Wagon right behind the home. You'll fall in appreciate with the impressive water vistas from nearly every room and the ease of the elevator at Fresh and Salty in the heart of Carolina Beach. You'll have plenty of sleep time privacy for three families in our three separate Guest Suites on the first floor of our Townhome. When you are ready to event, have a drink on the porch, and fix a delicious meal, join together on the top floor in our charming Great Room with shiplap design details and consummate comfort throughout. You'll be surrounded by tons of space and natural light while you revel in your social times as a group, but also have plenty of space to curl up with a good book for some alone time. For a bit of extravagant privacy, greet the sunrise from your private master bedroom porch with your morning coffee and a cool breakfast al fresco. Sophisticated and high-quality furnishings will keep you coming back for a casually pretty, yet completely comfortable experience at handsome Carolina Beach.

Parking:

Two bays fitting 4-6 cars are designated below the unit.



Linens - Beds will be made with clean sheets, bath towels will be laying on the end of the beds, bathmats supplied in each bathroom, kitchen towel and dish sponge included. (Guest will need to make any trundle, couch beds, or top bunk beds.) 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Check-out is by 10 am. 

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette events, sororities/fraternities

Elevator Policies:

Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Units/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures. 



Pet Policy:

No family pets allowed.



We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. Whether it’s exploring activities on the island, appreciating the ocean vistas, or enjoying a drink by sunset from your own private balcony, Pleasure Island offers diversion for every enthusiast!

One of the last remaining beach boardwalks on the East Coast, it includes a variety of eateries, an arcade, stores, ice cream, Famous Britts Donuts, bars, and more! During the summer months, the Boardwalk is bustling with the sound of music, carnival rides, bingo, family nights, and events like the weekly fireworks and concert series. Annual off-season events include the Cape Fear Kite Festival, Christmas by the Sea, and the Island of Lights Festival.

Getting Around:

Sea Coast Input : Parking may be limited during the summer months (public parking is available through Pleasure Island at an hourly rate).

Carolina / Kure Beach is effortlessly navigable once you're here. Our beach towns are very accessible and family friendly for cars, bicycles and golf carts. Renting bicycles and golf carts is a breeze with the many rental companies on the island. Advance reservations are recommended beach accessories. Escape the hustle and bustle of the beaches of Carolina/Kure Beach and discover the Carolina Beach state park and its’ many hiking trails. Or the Carolina Beach Greenway walking trail.



Savor a day trip from Fort Fisher to Southport aboard the Southport Car Ferry, then wander through the town’s quaint streets filled with unique antique stores and eateries!
