Tesla EV charger. 3 Bdrm/3 bath/sleeps 6 max. *Modern amenities-full kitchen, laundry, Wifi, intelligent TVs. First floor bedroom has 2 twin beds. Both upstairs bedrooms are kings w/ walk-in shower/bathrooms. Pet friendly. (2 dog MAX) Fenced in yard, back deck with umbrella table, chairs. Front porch swing, rocking chairs, hydrangeas reminiscent of "yesterday." Living room, dining room, sitting/game room. Many incidental amenities supplied. Steps from eateries, shopping, activities, water vistas, Marina and Boardwalk area, the ideal venue for a modest family or couples. Note: Base rate is for 2 guests. If more than 2 an add’l $50 per nighttime, per person will be added to the booking. 6 guests Max. Dog fee- $50 per dog. 2 dogs Max. Walk through the backyard gate to get to the waterfront dock.
