Beach gear, bicycles, and full resort amenities (pool, hot tub, clubhouse, game room, pickleball/tennis, racquetball, and gym) are all supplied — plus local tips and responsive support from our OBX-based family, welcoming guests since 1973.

Recent updates, including refreshed finishes and floor, help create a clean, comfortable space that feels both modern and inviting.

The multi-level layout offers flexibility for families or groups, with open living areas upstairs and additional sleeping space below. The ground-level additional suite provides a separate area that’s ideal for teens, another couple, or anyone looking for additional privacy.

Downstairs, the garage also serves as a convenient beach staging area with seating, gear, bicycles, and room to get organized before heading out for the day.

Located in the heart of Kitty Hawk, you’ll be just steps from the beach and close to local favorites, stores, and eateries — everything you need for a casual Outer Banks stay.
Must adhere to resort rules posted in the unit, I can send you a copy on request. They are common-sense rules so that all in the community are happy!
Quiet time after 10PM
No cooking curry or other heavily spiced dishes - we don`t have a spice kitchen and cannot remove the odor from heavily spiced cooking between guests - I will assess a $250 fee through the Resolution Center for the cost of odor removal.
Smoking on the deck allowed, but not inside.
No overcrowding - I will assess a $100 per nighttime fee for each person over the max. occupancy of 8 through the Airbnb resolution center.
Must be 25 years old to make a reservation.
