This attractively decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located on the 2nd floor of Pirate's Cove Resort. It offers gorgeous vistas of the Sound and canal front. The open floor plan maximizes the Sound vistas from the living room, bedroom, kitchen, and dining areas. Our home away from home was freshly remodeled in 2022 with new living room and deck furnishings, a 65” Intelligent TV, all stainless-steel kitchen appliances, and dining room table with high top chairs. Each bedroom is equipped with a Intelligent TV, and we have a Keurig for your favorite cup of coffee or tea. Please note that standard cable is not supplied to guests.

The sound-front Master bedroom is equipped with a King bed and an en-suite bath. Bedroom #2, overlooking Rudder Canal, features a Queen bed. A complimentary boat launch is conveniently located near Pirates Cove, and off-site trailer parking can be supplied for a nominal fee. Additionally, dock slips can be coordinated with the Pirates Cove Realty Office for interested guests, at an additional cost.

This condo is a Vacation My Way Property, requiring a minimum stay of 3 nights from Memorial Day to Labor Day. During the off-season, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required. Please note two exceptions: a weekly rental is mandatory for the week of July 4th (06/28/2025 - 07/05/2025) and the Bill Fish Tournament week (08/10/2025 - 08/17/2025).

Pirate's Cove is a gated community brimming with amenities including a community pool, tennis/pickle ball courts, clubhouse, exercise center, sand volleyball court, basketball court, outdoor pavilion, and 4.2 miles of lighted dock. All of these amenities are within walking distance from this centrally located condo with elevator access right outside your door.

Onsite, you'll find the Bluewater Bar and Grille and Mimi Tiki Hut just a few mins.' walk away, along with the Ships Store and the world-class Pirate's Cove Marina offering charters for offshore/inshore and sightseeing tours. The community is golf cart-friendly, great for bicycle rides, and you can fish and crab right from the docks.

This unit is non-smoking and pet complimentary, sleeping up to 4 guests and providing 2 parking passes.
