The space
Ocean vistas and plenty of room to entertain at this Whalehead 5 bedroom, 5 bath private vacation home. The property features two family rooms (one on the top floor with ocean vistas), midlevel kitchen and bedrooms, ground level with game room, and a terrific pool area. Lots of decking for those desiring sun and many shaded areas under the home to getaway to including an outdoor shower! The upper level has beamed cathedral ceilings, enormous expansive windows, an open family room and dining area with a sizable bar/ island- ideal for entertaining. The adjacent outside deck is enormous! There are also two huge bedrooms and a full hall bath. The mid level is really the heart of this home. An efficient galley kitchen opens to the breakfast nook and flows into the other family room which has covered deck access. The huge primary en suite is on this level with two additional guestrooms and two more full bathrooms. The ground floor is comprised of a large game room with a wet bar and a full bathroom. The backyard is has an 11'x30’ pool and broad deck space all around. Set up for calming in the sun and picnicking, this area is ideal for everybody to spread out and soak up the OBX sunshine.

**PET POLICY**
We welcome dogs with prior host approval. Dogs are the only family pets allowed, and a max. of one dog is allowed per reservation. Please contact the host immediately upon booking and provide your dog's breed and size for approval. Due to the close proximity to other guests, aggressive breeds are not allowed on the property. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when outside of the room, and owners are responsible for picking up and disposing of all dog waste in the outside trash bins. Please keep dogs off all beds and furnishings. Additional cleaning required for pet hair, stains, odors, or other pet-related messes on linens or furnishings may result in an additional cleaning charge.
