The space
Ocean vistas and plenty of room to entertain at this Whalehead 5 bedroom, 5 bath private vacation home. The property features two family rooms (one on the top floor with ocean vistas), midlevel kitchen and bedrooms, ground level with game room, and a terrific pool area. Lots of decking for those desiring sun and many shaded areas under the home to getaway to including an outdoor shower! The upper level has beamed cathedral ceilings, sizable expansive windows, an open family room and dining area with a huge bar/ island- ideal for entertaining. The adjacent outside deck is enormous! There are also two enormous bedrooms and a full hall bath. The mid level is really the heart of this home. An efficient galley kitchen opens to the breakfast nook and flows into the other family room which has covered deck access. The huge primary en suite is on this level with two additional guestrooms and two more full bathrooms. The ground floor is comprised of a large game room with a wet bar and a full bathroom. The backyard is has an 11'x30’ pool and broad deck space all around. Set up for calming in the sun and picnicking, this area is ideal for everybody to spread out and soak up the OBX sunshine.
