Duck On Inn is just mins. from the beach and downtown Duck. The location can't be beat! The bicycle/walking path leads right into the Town of Duck, where you can savor the Boardwalk, Duck Town Park, and many stores, dining, and live entertainment!

Top level: Upon entering the home you'll find the top level with a enormous family room, an upsized couch, and a flat-screen TV to appreciate a game or favorite show. This open floor plan leads you to the dining area with enough seating for 10 people and a great kitchen with precisely what you'll need to make a meal for your family! Also, you'll find a king master suite on the top level and a half bath off the living area.

Middle level: On the mid-level, you'll find two more king bedrooms, a queen, a pyramid bunk with a trundle, and two full bathrooms.

Bottom Level: The lower level has an additional queen bedroom and a shared bathroom. The rec room has a TV, mini wet bar, and queen sleeper couch. Off of the rec room, you'll have access to the HUGE private pool (16x32). The pool is surrounded by live oaks, which make for ideally sunny skies to bask in the sun and enough shade in the afternoons to cool off.

Duck Landing has its clubhouse with a community indoor pool, playground, exercise room, games, parking, pool table, kitchenette area, and community area.

Infant gates, TVs in every room, Spectrum internet, a gas/charcoal grille, and a hot tub are also supplied!

Duck Landing
· Guests must check in at the clubhouse to retrieve the rental brochure and parking pass.
· Clubhouse Hours: 8:30 am-3:00 pm (subject to change; notification emails would be distributed)
· The indoor pool is open year-round.
· No glass bottles, smoking, or family pets are allowed in the pool room.
· Clubhouse, exercise room, tennis courts & playground are open year-round.
· A vendor rolls all trash and recycling cans out to the street and returns the empty cans to the home after pick-up. (Sunday & Thursday-Roll out/ Monday & Friday-Roll back) Please advise your guests not to block access to the cans, as this is the only way to ensure trash gets emptied and does not pile up for next week's guests. Cans with construction materials will NOT be emptied.
· RVs, trailers, and boats are NOT allowed within the community unless they fit COMPLETELY in the garage or carport.
· Parking passes are required on Memorial Day- Labor Day when parking on common property. Towing is enforced.
· Tents are NOT allowed within 50 ft. on either side of the beach access. Also, per the Town of Duck ordinance, no items will be left on the beach overnight. Items are subject to removal.
· Parking on the street is prohibited.
· Golf carts must be parked in a designated parking space, and a parking pass must be displayed. Carts parked on the grass or roadside are subject to towing.
· The trash vendor will not remove huge trash items left on the street, and we will contact you, the rental company, to arrange disposal.
· Personal belongings, including beach equipment, are not to be left on the beach walkway. Items left are subject to removal by maintenance.
· There are dog bag dispensers throughout the community. Used dog bags should be discarded properly.
· Outdoor lights and speakers should be turned off by 11:00 pm, per the Town of Duck ordinance

All of our homes are equipped with Wi-Fi. However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee that the internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their hotspots or other cell service devices to provide internet access, especially if the internet is needed for work or school. Shoreline OBX and our homeowners are not responsible for any internet interruptions.
