This welcoming beach home is one row back from the ocean, located at milepost 21 in South Nags Head. It is just a 3-min. walk—about 150 yards—to the beach access, with gorgeous ocean and sound vistas from the sunrooms and freshly refreshed decks.

The home sleeps up to 8 guests and includes 4 bedrooms: one king bedroom with en suite bathroom, one queen bedroom, one double bedroom, and one bedroom with twin beds. There are 3 bathrooms total.

The open-concept main floor features inviting new luxury vinyl plank floor in grey ash, a new dining table for six, four new barstools, and an additional sunroom table seating four. The kitchen has brand-new appliances.

Dogs are welcome, with a max. of 2 dogs and a $100 fee per dog.
