New owners in 2024 have continued to remodel and modernize every aspect of this bright and airy home with beachy vibes and personal touches throughout, to include all new bathrooms, updated decor, new beds, and intelligent TVs in all bedrooms and living spaces. The open eat-in kitchen offers everything you need to whip up a meal for the family. Savor meals in any of the three dining areas to include the handsome wood dining table, al fresco in the screened-in porch directly off the kitchen, or poolside in the expanded outdoor living area. The main level living area off the kitchen offers plenty of seating and room to spread out. Appreciate a movie or arcade games in the lower level recreation area, or ocean and sound vistas from the upper loft.
