Recently modernized villa is located mere steps to the sand at The Spa on Port Royal Sound. You will find your ideal coastal getaway at this choice 2BR, attractively decorated condo, completely furnished with everything that you will need for the ideal vacation!

The complex is on the ocean on Port Royal Sound with a natural, tidal beach. Located on one of the prettiest, most interesting beaches on the island, located between two town-owned parks, providing a secluded resort away from the hordes! Our sandy beach is a nature preserve and bird sanctuary with a natural habitat, ideal for birding and photography enthusiasts. Perhaps you prefer collecting shells or shark teeth - we have those too! Stroll the delightfully landscaped grounds, courtyards, lagoon complete with fountain and koi fish.

This 2nd floor villa is effortlessly accessible by stairs from the parking lot. (no elevator access) Enter into an open floorplan to a entirely equipped kitchen with upgraded stainless appliances and cookware, granite counters, comfortable living room with pullout couch, intelligent TVs, washer/dryer, sliding glass door takes you to screened porch overlooking tennis courts.

Master bedroom features king bed, intelligent TV, private bath. Second bedroom features twin beds, flat screen intelligent TV. Sleeper couch in living room for additional sleeping space. Also for your convenience, we provide a pack n play for those traveling with little ones.

Please note: this is a SMOKE COMPLIMENTARY home. (Including porch) Any violation is subject to a $300 fine. Please respect so we can maintain the health and safety of our family and guests.
Other things to note
There is a $25 parking pass fee that must be paid at the gate with credit card upon arrival. Additional pass is $25 per car.
