Native Sun has gorgeous vistas of both the ocean and Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. With 4,000 square feet, Native Sun is located along Buxtons' beach and very close to the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. The ground level has beach access, a private pool, a hot tub, showers, and a fish-cleaning table.

There are six primary bedrooms with private bathrooms, including one with a roll-in shower/sink; four have deck access. One guest bedroom has access to a semi-private hall bath.

A media room/den opens to decking. Topside Native Sun opens to a cathedral ceiling and includes a game table and a professionally decorated living area with a fireplace and an entertainment center. An amazing kitchen with a wet bar, double fridges, dishwashers, and close by ocean vistas, and a dining area should satisfy the most demanding chefs.

Other perks include a washer/dryer, elevator, a recreation room with a refrigerator, a wet bar, a pool table, and a media area.

Things to Know
The fireplace is available from October through April.
The private pool is open seasonally from  4/26/2025 and closes 10/12/2025. Dates are subject to change.
The pool will open seasonally from 04/01/2026 and close 10/10/2026. Dates are subject to change.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 8 cars.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
