Diamond Dunes is pushing beach visiting to spectacular new levels! This 4,000-square-foot wonder, located in the fresh and secluded Tides Edge cul-de-sac, faces south-facing Frisco beach, and the rear decks afford striking sound and sunset vistas. Four main bedrooms include two private penthouse suites. The sizable great room has a wet bar and a huge HDTV with surround sound. The first-floor sports bar has three TVs, a pool table, and a wet bar that opens to the charming pool and hot tub. There are four enormous decks for the whole gang, plus three secluded decks ideal for snuggles or snoozing. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV. Cooking and cleanup are a snap with two fridges, a mini-refrigerator, two cooktops, two dishwashers, and two microwaves. This is really a home for all seasons.

The private pool is open seasonally from  4/26/2025 and closes 10/12/2025. Dates are subject to change.
The pool will open seasonally from 04/01/2026 and close 10/10/2026. Dates are subject to change.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
