This captivating home has good parking, elevator access to all floors (accessibility ramp up to the first-floor elevator level), and an outdoor shower. The first living level has a huge furnished recreation room with a game table, elevator access, a half bath, and a laundry area. A enormous furnished den on the second floor with an entertainment center and computer desk is ideal for gaming or online access that opens to wide covered decks and a very cool private hot tub with striking vistas of water and wetlands. Pop up to the level three great room with a tall ceiling, modren resort furnishing, and entertainment center. A gem of a kitchen with a breakfast bar opens to a handsome dining area, pantry, and a pass-thru window to the porch for outdoor dining. THINGS TO KNOW
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
You will have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in e-mail and during the check-in process. The club is typically open mid-May to mid-October, depending on the weather.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
