NEW ADDITIONS FOR 2024!

For 2024 we are happy to announce that we have made some updates to our beach home.
- An HVAC minisplit unit was added to the front sitting room.
- The upstairs master bedroom now has a king size bed.
- The upstairs "bunk room" now has a twin over full bunk bed plus a twin size trundle.
- The downstairs queen bedroom has new furnishings and we also added a twin over twin bunk bed plus a twin size trundle.

Ideal for boaters, fishermen, windsurfers, and anyone else who enjoys waterfront living!

Appreciate striking sunsets and a expansive view of the Pamlico Sound. Boat access to the sound with a boat ramp at Scotch Bonnet Marina and Gift shop at end of the private street.

Simple sound side launching for kayaks or the ability to wade in the water. Minutes away from the Inlet.

Only a couple of miles from off road beach access. Great fishing from the dock!

The home has two units with their own private entrances. There are no interior stairs inside the home.

The main unit on the second floor is three bedrooms and two full baths. One room with a king bed, second room with a queen bed, and a third room with two bunk beds plus a trundle (four twin size beds and a full size bed)

The second unit on the first floor has two bedrooms and one full bath. One room with a king bed and a second room with a queen bed and a twin size bunk bed plus a trundle.

About the Area

Located in Frisco, this vacation home is on the beach. Frisco Native American Museum and Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Buxton Seafood.
