We are very thankful to report that the home and beach have not been affected at all, because Buxton is 20 miles south of the home. The Sandpiper and beach are in great shape.

Gather under the cathedral ship lap ceiling in the open living room. Cozy up by the electric fireplace and stream your favorites on the 65" LG 4K Intelligent TV with cable, streaming apps, and complimentary LG Channels. The couch converts to a queen sleeper for additional space.

Cook together in the entirely supplied chef’s kitchen, featuring new GE appliances with constructed-in air fryers, Keurig + electric kettle, blender, bakeware, and more. Between the enormous dining table, kitchen island, and upper deck, all 14 guests can dine together with ocean vistas.

Unwind in the 6-person hot tub while watching sailboats drift by or stargazing at nighttime. Pro tip: turn off the home lights for an unforgettable sky view - shooting stars can often be seen!

The private pool is serviced regularly and can be heated to 88°F ($70/day). You’ll also find a beach toy bin with body boards, rafts, chairs, and crabbing nets — plus Turkish beach towels for guest use in the main bathroom closet.


Beach & Beyond

Follow the boardwalk to pristine, uncrowded beaches where the sunrises are amazing. Have fun, rinse off in the outdoor shower, then appreciate calming time in the private pool and hot tub.

Neighborhood extras include tennis courts (Memorial Day–Labor Day) and a lake with wildlife viewing — turtles, birds, even otters!
