Bedroom #1 is a King Bedroom with a flat-screen TV and deck access that shares a jack-n-jill full bathroom with Bedroom # 2, containing a DuoBunk (Twin over Full), flat-screen TV and deck access. Bedroom #3 is a King Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, deck access and shares a jack-n-jill full bathroom with Bedroom #4, which is furnished with 2 Twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and deck access. From the covered deck, you can access the pool area, hot tub, or the top-level sun deck.

Top Level: You are greeted by a Great room with vaulted ceilings, enormous windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, flat-screen cable TV/DVD, and deck access with ocean vistas. The dining area seats 8 with a wet bar/sink combo. The well-equipped kitchen has refreshed appliances, a breakfast bar seating 5, and deck access. Linens and towels are included all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
