Kinnakeet Shores Pool and Tennis less than 2 miles south is supplied with the rental. (Mid May through end of September) Can be used before and after check-in.

There is also a pull-out twin couch in the den and a queen inflatable bed.

HEPA covers on all pillows and beds.
1 bathroom. Note entrance to bathroom is through bedroom.

New floor throughout. No carpeting = cleaner environment.

$5 self-pay watercraft launch ramp on site.

Note: The boat dock itself is private property and not for condo use. Howevrr, you can rent or bring Kayaks and launch just outside from the ramp.

Bring your own beach towels.

Hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent are included. Bring your own shampoo, soap / shower gel, trash bags, etc. A starter roll of paper towels, a pack of toilet paper, and 2 trash bags are supplied to get you started upon arrival.

Outside private shower available to rinse off (unless turned off in cold months.)

Covered parking underneath unit available on a first-come basis. Otherwise, outdoor parking.

You can walk across HWY 12 to the beach. It is only 3 blocks away. You can walk to eateries, bar, and ice cream shop. Avon has a Food Lion, Dollar Tree, Wings, and Ace Hardware just 2 miles away. And plenty of other beach stores and eateries are also available.

High-Speed WIFI and Cable/Roku TVs in family room and bedroom.

Trip Insurance is highly recommended for Hatteras Island.

No Family Animals allowed except service animals.
