You'll appreciate this cozy one bedroom condominium located in Barrington Court within Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort! Updates have newly been made to include all new stainless steel appliances, living room furnishings and linens in the primary bedroom. The primary bathroom was completely modernized in July of 2023!

The kitchen will be entirely-equipped making cooking a meal for the family an simple task. The dining area beside the kitchen comfortably seats four.

The living area has all-new furnishings and a Intelligent TV along with a slider to your private balcony. There is a sleeper couch as well! Out on your private balcony there are two separate seating areas for you to take in the ocean view. There is a half bath near the entry for any guests which may stop by.

The bedroom consists of a king bed, Intelligent TV and its own slider to the balcony. The en-suite primary bathroom has just been completely refreshed with a bespoke-tiled shower, new vanity and accompanying light fixtures etc.!

The beach is comfortably accessed by elevator and a couple min. walk thereafter!
