The top floor ensuite features a queen bed, private bath, and comfortable sitting window. The two primary bedrooms are conveniently located on the main level and both include king beds and ensuite baths. Downstairs, the kids will appreciate the pyramid bunk bed room, including a miniature foosball table and located immediately adjacent to the rec room. The rec room can serve as an additional living area or an extended kid's hang-out space, complete with a sleeper couch. A sidewalk leads directly from the Beacon Villas neighborhood to the Shad Street beach access, located less than half a mile from the home, for a short walk or bicycle ride to the beach. Guests who prefer to drive can take advantage of Shad Street's public parking lot. During your stay in Corolla Light, your family will also have access to a variety of world-class resort amenities - there's really something for everybody! A trolley stop is located just 300 feet from the home and will take you anywhere in the community. Take a ride over to the Oceanfront Complex for a full day of fun in the sun. Along with direct access to the beach, you'll find three outdoor pools, a snack bar, shuffleboard, volleyball, basketball and a playground.

Over on the soundside, Vitamin Sea is only half a mile from the Corolla Light Sports Center. This 36,000 sq. ft. facility includes an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a exercise center with showers and a sauna, racquetball, walleyball, ping pong, and weekly classes/activities. The community's outdoor soundfront pool is located directly across the lake. From there, you'll have access to miles of nature trails and a soundside pier for fishing and crabbing.
