The two primary bedrooms are conveniently located on the main level and both include king beds and ensuite baths. A sidewalk leads directly from the Beacon Villas neighborhood to the Shad Street beach access, located less than half a mile from the home, for a short walk or bicycle ride to the beach. Guests who prefer to drive can take advantage of Shad Street's public parking lot. A trolley stop is located just 300 feet from the home and will take you anywhere in the community. Take a ride over to the Oceanfront Complex for a full day of fun in the sun. Along with direct access to the beach, you'll find three outdoor pools, a snack bar, shuffleboard, volleyball, basketball and a playground.

Over on the soundside, Vitamin Sea is only half a mile from the Corolla Light Sports Center. This 36,000 sq. ft. facility includes an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a exercise center with showers and a sauna, racquetball, walleyball, ping pong, and weekly classes/activities. The community's outdoor soundfront pool is located directly across the lake. From there, you'll have access to miles of nature trails and a soundside pier for fishing and crabbing.
