Downtown Pool Club Access: Town & Island Co. offers access to The Wonderer, Charleston’s premier global-inspired lifestyle club with resort-style pool and amenities, like pool-side cabanas, onsite eateries, indoor gym and exercise studio. If using the Pool area, it is required that events of 8+ rent a Cabana.
Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes family pets. There is a $75 non returnable pet fee. 2 pet max.. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s).
Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.
