Sound front, non-smoking, and pet-complimentary home located in the elegant Pirate's Cove Resort. This property has 4 Bedrooms and 3 Baths, accommodating 8, with a Sunday turn-day year-round. The home received a face-lift in 2020, replacing floors and repainting. The next scheduled remodel will be a new kitchen for the home. New photos will be added once work is complete. VL66 has a private hot tub overlooking Roanoke Sound on main-level deck (not offered to guests from November to April). The home also comes with 30' of dock space located at Ballast Point Canal #68 (across the street). Additionally, there is covered parking for boat or jet ski trailer and private dock and pier on Roanoke Sound. Parking at the home is for 4 cars max.. If the trailer does not fit in the covered spot, it must be stored off-site for an additional fee. Top-floor and sound front Master bedroom with Queen bed, stand-up shower and jetted tub, plus private balcony with furnishings. 2nd Master Bedroom on entry-level with Double bed and private bathroom. 3rd bedroom on main-level has a Double bed and 4th bedroom, located on landing between top and main floors, holds 2 Twin Beds. Hall bathroom on same landing for 3rd and 4th bedroom. The home has a huge flat-screen a sizable TV in Living Room, high-speed WiFi, gas grille, ceiling fans, and covered deck with furnishings. Panoramic view of Roanoke Sound, especially for sunrises!

Located in Manteo, this vacation home is on the waterfront.
