Sound front, non-smoking, and pet-complimentary home located in the handsome Pirate's Cove Resort. This property has 4 Bedrooms and 3 Baths, accommodating 8, with a Sunday turn-day year-round. The home received a face-lift in 2020, replacing floors and repainting. VL66 has a private hot tub overlooking Roanoke Sound on main-level deck (not offered to guests from November to April). The home also comes with 30' of dock space located at Ballast Point Canal #68 (across the street). Additionally, there is covered parking for boat or jet ski trailer and private dock and pier on Roanoke Sound. Parking at the home is for 4 cars max.. If the trailer does not fit in the covered spot, it must be stored off-site for an additional fee. Top-floor and sound front Master bedroom with Queen bed, stand-up shower and jetted tub, plus private balcony with furnishings. 2nd Master Bedroom on entry-level with Double bed and private bathroom. 3rd bedroom on main-level has a Double bed and 4th bedroom, located on landing between top and main floors, holds 2 Twin Beds. Hall bathroom on same landing for 3rd and 4th bedroom. The home has a sizable flat-screen a huge TV in Living Room, high-speed WiFi, gas grille, ceiling fans, and covered deck with furnishings. Panoramic view of Roanoke Sound, especially for sunrises!

About the Area

Located in Manteo, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse and Island Farm are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Pirate's Cove Marina and Mutiny Bay Adventure Golf. Dare County Arts Council and Full Throttle Speedway are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours and cycling nearby.
