Blue Oasis is a bespoke-constructed soundside home located on a corner lot in the elevated dunes of the sought-after North Dune Loop neighborhood. This beautiful southern getaway features generously sized rooms, quality finishes and plenty of outdoor living space, including a covered front porch and an broad sun deck overlooking an enclosed backyard with private pool.

The roomy main living area features vaulted ceilings and a wall of southern facing windows for an abundance of natural light. Wood floors flow into the dining room, with convenient access to an outdoor dining area on the back deck. The kitchen overlooks the dining room and provides additional seating at the bar. You'll have more than enough room to prepare meals in the kitchen with a center island and plenty of counter space. It also features stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, and a constructed-in desk for catching up with work or school remotely. The primary bedroom is the only bedroom on the main level and provides deck access, a private sitting area and an ensuite bath with jetted tub and separate shower. Two more bedrooms and a full bath are located on the top floor, including a king bedroom with vistas of the sound. A den off the dining room serves as an additional living area. The fourth bedroom, additional full bath and media room are located on the ground level with access to the pool area.
