Welcome to the Waters: This soundside home features a “great room”, a completely supplied kitchen, and a Dining room on the second level, affording dramatic vistas to the west over Currituck Sound. The “ships watch” lookout area makes the ideal spot for reading or game time, complete with a table and chairs. All the bedrooms are located on the first level, leaving the entire second level for calming and entertaining. Savor broad outdoor living on the decks and the screened porch. The home is entirely equipped with everything you will need for your summer vacation or off-season hideaway, including beach chairs, umbrellas, all linens, and towels.

Ships Watch amenities include painless walking distance to either the ocean or the sound. We have a swimming pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. On the sound, we have a 100-yard pier offering fishing and crabbing opportunities as well as handsome sunset vistas. The close by town of Duck offers many modest stores, stores, galleries, and eateries.

About the Area

Located in Kitty Hawk, this vacation home is by the sea. Glazin' Go-Nuts and Wright Brothers National Memorial are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Aqua Spa and The Sanderling Spa.
