A coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, silverware, glasses, bed pads, pillows, and blankets or comforters are supplied. Fees for reservations, partial stays, pet accommodations, taxes, and insurance are applicable.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $75.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable.
