Our home is located at A Place at the Beach I, which is directly on the oceanfront.  Watch the passersby on the beach and the waves crashing to shore from your private balcony.  When you`re ready for some sun, our convenient beach access and outdoor pool deck are ready for you!  Take a stroll next door to Ocean Annie`s for some live music and River City Cafe on the oceanfront, with the best burgers in town!

Coupled with an extraordinary location is our amazing home.  With new upgrades including a modernized bathroom, hard floor, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and ocean view balcony, you can have a memorable vacation in style and comfort.  Stay connected with your favorite shows on our flat screen TVs, and appreciate complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the building.

Getting Around:
Parking is available for 1 car. Guests with additional cars often park them at a close by shopping center or grocery store at their discretion.

Top rated location and complimentary parking on site.  Taxis and Uber are also fast and economical with attractions, eateries, shopping, and more less than 5 mins. away.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an additional nighttime to your stay if needed.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the complimentary cancellation window.
