Ground Level: Ground Level Conveniences include a private saltwater pool, hot tub, flat top gas grille, fire pit with seating for 8, a carport and parking area for up to 3 cars, and an outdoor shower. As you enter the ground level of the home, you are included with a game room, two full bathrooms, and two bedrooms. The game room offers a foosball table, Intelligent TV, mini refrigerator, microwave, a seating area with a Queen futon, and access to the covered deck. Bedrooms #1 and #2 each have a Queen bed and a lofted Twin bed.

Mid Level: On the middle level you will find bedrooms #3 and #4, each furnished with a King bed, Intelligent TVs, and direct access to an ocean-facing deck. Each king bedroom has a private ensuite full bath with an upsized tile shower.

Top Level: The top floor features an open floor plan with a fresh modern style, a half bath, and a furnished deck for stargazing. The kitchen is entirely equipped with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar that seats 6, roomy quartz countertops, and all of the cookware you might need to prepare your favorite meal. The dining area comfortably seats 8, so everybody can gather at the end of a busy day. Linens and towels are supplied all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
