Access to this level is by either a narrow indoor spiral staircase or a standard outdoor staircase from the exterior. Guests with mobility considerations or very young kids often find the outdoor staircase to be the more comfortable route.



The lower level includes two additional bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a laundry room, and a additional room with a trundle bed, providing flexible sleeping space for families or groups.



Outside, there is a gas grille for simple meals after the beach or golf. The paved outdoor area below provides space for casual play, though it is not maintained as a regulation pickleball or tennis court.
