As of July 1st 2026 beach renourishment is complete in front of our home, it is not in the construction zone. Dolphin's Walk is a four bedroom, three level reverse floor plan, oceanfront duplex in the heart of Nags Head! Fantastic vistas, steps to the beach, walking distance to eateries, grocery and shopping. **NEW HOT TUB ** Intelligent TV's, High Speed Wi-Fi, and more! Four Bedrooms, four and half baths, plenty of room for the whole family! Sea Pointe neighborhood pool and tennis courts are just steps from your door. Sea Pointe pool is seasonal and operates mid May - mid September 15, 2026.
Linens and towels are included. Indoor fireplace is not operational.

Exterior security cameras on property:
Outdoor cameras will be used during your stay and will record short videos/sound when movement is detected. Cameras are located at: Front door vistas front door entrance area) Rear top deck (vistas rear deck and walkway area) Side door (vistas the side entrance area) Rear lower deck (vistas back door).
