A beloved Outer Banks rental, Sandcastle is conveniently located in Southern Shores, a short ride to Duck and Kitty Hawk eateries and shopping. The funky beach decor gives this home a unique feel.
On the main floor, there is the living room/ kitchen area with a flat screen TV, 4 bedrooms (2 Queen, 1 Double and 1 with Twins) and 2 baths (tub and shower). On the lower level, there is a den with a futon, flat screen TV, full bathroom with a standup shower (no tub) and a laundry room. The downstairs area is not supplied in the sleeping space. Separate entrance downstairs. No interior stairwell.
Property amenities include CATV, internet access, fireplace, dishwasher, under the home parking, sundeck, enclosed outdoor shower, screened porch and laundry. Sand toys and some beach accessories supplied. Approximately 240 yards to the beach!
