Sunny Lagoon is just 0.39 miles from the neighborhood’s private beach access, making it simple to spend your days by the water. Across the street, you’ll also find private sound access with a pier, a great spot for fishing or watching the sunset.



When you’re ready to discover, you’re close to some of Duck’s favorite spots, including Village Table & Tavern, The Waterfront Stores, Nor’banks for jet skis and parasailing, and the Duck Trail and Boardwalk. The home is just north of Duck Village, less than 10 miles from central Corolla, and about a 20-min. drive from the 4x4 beach.

Fee per dog (sorry, no cats allowed)

Guests are required to sign our Renter Agreement in addition to any platform agreement.

Per platform policies, Good Day Getaways is authorized to hold a security deposit due to our API integration with their platform. Guests are required to provide this deposit at least 2 days before the start of their stay. The deposit will be held securely and released within 7 days after the stay, in accordance with platform policy, supplied there are no issues.
