The Elbow Beach Clubhouse includes a exercise center, lounge area, pool table, and a full bathroom for guest use. The clubhouse and exercise center are open year-round from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The Bay has a pier ideal for fishing, launching kayaks, or just enjoying the view.

Every member of the family can find something to savor here! If you're longing to feel the sand in your toes and simply must visit the beach, it's a very convenient 1-mile drive from the Bermuda Bay communities to the gorgeous Kill Devil Hills beaches.

In addition, your three-story home features a fenced backyard with a private hot tub, plenty of comfortable furnishings and some true luxury amenities. One of these is the elevator, accessible from each level. How splendid not to have to lug your groceries and suitcases up and down the steps!

Enter this sophisticated and dramatic home on the landing between first and second levels. Take the few steps down into a marvelous den w/two comfortable couches, humongous flat screen TV and a specialty checkers table. Pop a bowl of popcorn and catch up on the latest summer blockbuster here! A full bath is a great convenience.

Back upstairs to the second level and as you ascend the steps, you will walk straight into a casual dining area. Gather around the handsome wood table with seating for six as you plan the day's activities or compare adventures. The elegant, white and stainless-steel kitchen with granite counters may just inspire a budding family chef to take a turn creating a culinary masterpiece. The breakfast bar seats three at leather stools. Down the hall a few steps to the handsome and understated living room with seating for 6-8 and a flat screen TV. **Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 2 to May 18. Beginning May 23, the pool will be open daily and close on October 1 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

**Hot Tubs are available year-round. Hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the spa on scheduled cleaning days.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.
