Main entry to the home; comfortable and open great room with cathedral ceilings, gas fireplace and access to the sun decks; dining area with seating for 10; kitchen with gas cooktop and double wall oven; wet bar; half bath.

2 Bedrooms (1 with Queen with streaming TV and access to the sun deck with full bath with tub and shower; 1 with Queen and daybed, plus office area with access to a full bath with walk-in shower).

DOGS ON THE BEACH: From May 15 to September 15 of each year, dogs are allowed on town beaches before 9 AM and after 6 PM with a leash not to exceed ten (10) feet in length and must carry a scooping device. Leash laws enforced remainder of year.
