Waves Village #17 is in multi -colored building next to Kitty Hawk Kites in Rodanthe, NC. Sound Front 3 bedroom/3 bath with private hot tub and amazing broad vistas of the Pamlico Sound . The resort pool is open from mid April to October. Giant living area with open floor plan. Hard wood floor, granite counter tops, magnificent wood accents, original art work, enormous balcony over looking the pool. Private gas grille and private hot tub on your private covered balcony. Washer and Dryer in condo. New owners have painted, hung new artwork, new linens, new grille, all new silverware, dishes and glassware as well as new master bath tub. Fireplace is decorative only, non-operational.
We are next door to Kitty Hawk Kites, bicycle, paddle board and kayak units, putt putt golf, arcade and numerous eateries. 6’ 4” parking clearance under condo building as well as adjacent sizable open parking area with an Electric Car charging station. Animals are not allowed. This new policy accepts our allergic kid to have a positive stay when visiting. We also offer private parking on the ocean front with direct boardwalk access to the beach and hot showers. This accepts you to appreciate both family beach time and elegant water front sunsets
