The Space:

Private bungalow, with open kitchen & living spa entirely appointed for your vacation. Calming cypress wood interiors and modern clean design offer an getaway in the heart of historic downtown Charleston. Cozy bedrooms, equipped with hotel style linens & product, and en suite bathrooms. 2 level private bungalow. Parlor on your covered porch and appreciate your stay with ease, with all of downtown's best right at your doorstep.



The Cottage accommodates up to 9 guests between 3 bedrooms & 3 baths.



Flex Bedroom #1 – King bed (or two twins) & Twin bed + Ensuite bathroom

Bedroom #2 – Queen bed + Ensuite bathroom

Bedroom #3 – Queen bed + Ensuite bathroom

Living Room – Queen-sized luxury memory foam sleeper couch



*All ‘Flex’ rooms can be converted from King beds to two twins when requested*

Guest Access:

Each Town & Island Co. unit is equipped with coded locks and unique codes that are changed regularly. You will receive all important check-in information 3 days prior to arrival.



Early check-in or late check-out requests are evaluated and granted on a case-by-case basis. We offer a bags storage space with a coded lock to the rear of the blue building at the front of the property (56 A & B) for all Blue Haven and Dune Cottages guests to use as needed.

Too hot or too far to walk? Not a problem, Charleston offers a variety of transportation options such as a complimentary downtown shuttle, pedicab, or ride share companies.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes family pets. There is a $75 non returnable pet fee. 2 pets max.. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s).



Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.
