The walkability to Harris Teeter, Duck Donuts, eateries, ice cream, basketball, pickleball, tennis, volleyball and more make this home super convenient.

Tipsea Terrapin sits at the tenth tee box of the Rees Jones designed golf course. Sized “just right” this property offers four bedrooms and four full baths and one-half bath. Each bedroom has its own en suite. The reverse floor plan provides impressive ocean and golf course vistas.

Features and amenities include a private pool, hot tub and additional family room next to the 4th bedroom with second refrigerator, wet bar and a Ms. Pac-Man arcade game. The kitchen is open to the dining area and family room which has a bar area with an additional drink refrigerator. There's also an outside shower, garage, grille, ship's watch, and WiFi.

No family pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. All trolleys run from the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.
